My best friend from college turned out to be an old friend of Cliff Richard- one day i went round to his house for a cup of tea and Cliff was there!

This is the best party- my mate got paged to work and i was left watching telly with Cliff Richard! Woo!

I met a legendary street racer the other day. About 10 years ago, there was this street racer with a yellow EK4. One and only in the country.(I guess there are a lot now) He was the quickest on the road. Many have seen him taking on cars with double the BHP. I have seen him race with a Porsche GT2 and he took him with that civic. He never enter an official race. Some said he hate fame. He just wanted to be fastest. His famous car "scw5179d" is sold to a collector. That car will be on display for most automotive related road-shows and promo events.
I met him in the gas station! He is driving a black camry now. I guess he no longer race.

I met John Butler in a pool in Brisbane. He is famous in Australia. also I met John Williamson and Mark bloody Holden all famous in Australia, but the most famous would be the chick from Will and Grace Debra Messing.

Hmm, i've met 3 famous people from my country before! (Singapore) haha.
They're:

1) Adrian Pang, an actor. His son goes to my brother's school, so i see him everytime i go pick up my bro! no biggie!

2) Eunice Olsen. She's a Nominated Member of Parliament, a Jazz Singer, an enthusiastic charity worker, and an ex-Miss Singapore! She's soo sweet, i interviewed her for a school project a year ago!

3) Gabriel Ng. Aha! He's the child violin prodigy! He used to be from my school till he moved overseas to purpue his career! I've emailed him since, and guess what? he remembers me!!

Keanu Reeves, Jason Biggs, Danny Glover, Art Alexakis (Everclear) are just a few.

I worked at the airport and I had actual pretty good conversations with all of them. I have met many others for shorter amounts of time.

Keanu and Art are absolutely awesome guys! I watched Keanu play hide and seek with this 2 yo girl on the concourse!

Jason was pretty silent. And Mr. Glover was a jerk.

I worked for Judge Mathis 2005/2006. The robe makes him look much bigger in person. (He has a very slim build - and he's just a little taller than me, I'm 5'10ish)

And he is just as personable & animated in person as he is on television. Really great guy :D

UPDATE:

I also met Jesse Jackson. It was @ the NBC tower (Chicago) he was there to comment on the death of Coretta Scott King. I was heading into work & he was walking in w/ his security team.

i honked at the main girl from coyote ugly and she waived. that's the only thing i can call a celebrity encounter lol.

i guess i've met a lot of famous christian bands in that scene. i met all the band members of jars of clay, and all the members of gurdian. i talked with ray boltz for about half an hour. and i talked with john shlitt of petra for a little while. these people or sort of famous i guess..

Elton Brand and it was after a Celtics Bulls game when he played for the Bulls, we also met his mom because she asked if we were waiting to talk to Elton and we said yes. But he was talking to some people about 100 feet away, his mom yelled Elton get over here and give these boys some autographs, and he did right away. We of course thanked them both, I thought it was pretty cool of her to do that.
