say a logistics co was warehousing for 1 co. that company did not require the service anymore then the logistic co. had a contract with another company could the staff that was made redundant work for the other company within two months

Yes because the contract ended therefore so did the job

You mean can you get made Redundant by one company and then go work for another Company doing exactly the same job ?

Yes, of course.... happens all the time ..

So long as you are being paid by the second company (and not the first) why not ??

Of course if the Inland Revenue thinks there is any sort of 'connection' between the 2 companies (for example some sort of 'advanced agreement') then they may TAX your Redundancy Pay, however there is nothing to stop you actually doing it ..
