Although they were hardworking, less than middle class hard working factory workers, they did a hell of a job with raising us three. I love them to bits and I call them 2 times a week!! (They live in Southamerica).

My parents are my hero's, I look up to them for everything, they are both 77 years old, my birth mother passed 16 days from now 36 years ago, so I have another mother now, my dad remarried and they are so in love. They set such a fine example of love and companionship and faith. When you see them look at each other the love shines in their eyes. I am not looking forward to the day I get the call that something has happened to one of them. I hope they go together that would be their wish, I would be very sad but they would be very happy!

Some times having parents around can be uncool, like if yolu go out with friends, partners, boyfriends, girlfriends. but hey they are the ones who look after you and help you through life, so ya gotta love them for that.

My mother died 5 years ago. I still grieve at her loss at times, especially this time of year. I adored her. We could talk about almost anything. She was kind, generous, but also a military veteran who didn't take any crap and I loved her deeply. My dad, well, he wasn't easy to live with but I still love him. He is very selfish and doesn't care about his family. But, we still love him. Does that help?

I love my mum to bits, she is amazing.
My dad ............. I'm pretty indifferent to him, my parents have been divorced since I was little and as I've got older, the less he bothers with me.
