It's in Bush & Cheney's pockets of course. Evidently the first anwerer up there doesn't pay taxes or either doesn't realize that it is our money.

The same that happened to the truck load of U.S. cash that Sadom tried to get out of Iraq , Bush and Chene split what ever wasn't used as "Hush money". Anyone who knows there secrets is either very rich or very Dead! Look at the Ca. fires,over a 1000 homes and 600 businesses ,some the most expensive real estate in the world and damages are estimated at under 2 Billion $s. Look how many Billions and Billions of $s have been sent to Halibertin and there sister Co.s to rebuild Iraq! We could have bulldozed Baghdad and replaced it for 1/2 what has been sent there already! And what happened to all the $ that was supposed to rebuild New Orleans , 120 of the 300 contractors there after the flood had ties to Bush and Chene, They got paid on there NO BID contracts and there gone ,But what did they do for all that $? These are ?s that the Dems. promised to answer , I think there on the take Too! Except Russ Fingold WI. He voted NO to war,No to the Patriot act, And filed articles of Impeachment on Bush and Chene, Adda Boy Russ!
