The only thing I would do is stop the story lines of people who are made to act like they are mentally handcap. I think that is just plain stupid.

The first thing I would do is organize the title fights. Develop a top 10, have people wrestling according to rank (9 vs 8, 7 vs. 6, etc) 10 would also wrestle an unranked wrestler. Loser of title match (after his rematch) would drop out of top 10 and have to start all over again.

I would fire the entire creative staff, and bring in people who know about wrestling instead of acting. And bring back the Attitude era again to compete against TNA. Scrap the brand extention, have one world champion, one tag team champion, and a intercontinental champion and a Hardcore champion.

Trade half the roster to TNA, fire ARmondo Estrada, give TNA RAW airing time. And make ECW two hours with the help from Sci-Fi!

I wouldn't fire anyone because they have a contract and I'd have to pay them.
I'd pay Torrie Wilson,Candice Michelle so I could do some bussiness with them though lol.
Set a new stry line and have decent matchs every week like cage matchs, hell in a cell, last man standing etc

Hire real wrestlers instead of these actors that are currently posing as wrestlers so that people can actually believe the sport

k first off , I would FIRE john cena out of a cannon into the sun. then i would also fire the MIZ and send him back to the real world. I would keep dx going strong , common if ric flair , and dusty rhodes are still throwing down , then dx defenitly should they aint that old at all , they got atleast another 3-4 years in them. hire a few more divas. stack the tag team division. Hire a couple of young gunz into the buisness. teach great kahli english. and i would make stone cold appear every monday nite , before he turns into dwayne"the rock"johnson.

First things first, the following "wrestlers" would not be having their contracts renewed: The Miz, Jimmy Wayne Yang, Mr Kennedy, Shawn Michaels, Mark Henry, The Great Khali, Chris Masters, John Morrison, Big Daddy V, Boogeyman and John Cena. The Undertaker would be given a final send off and his wrestlemania legacy would remain intact. HHH would stop competing and move into a management and training position.

The following would be brought up from the territories: "the ripper" Paul Birchall, S.O.S, Ace Steel, The James Boys, the Sons of Samoa, Ted DiBiase Jr..

The I would do something really radical, I would set up a separate show, where the wrestlers would compete under British Wrestling Rules. This would be the same length as an ECW show, but using all the talent from the other brands. It is fine to watch American Freestyle, but sometimes I just miss the quality of a match which had a lot more rules and regulations.
