It depends on the hour of the day. I am almost 54 in the morning I feel like I am 30 something at night I feel 70 something...
When my grandchildren are around I feel like I am just a child. I love it!

a lot of times i feel older than my age but most of the time i wish i could be at a younger age...life is funny in that way.when you are younger ,all you want to do is be an adult and when you are older ,all you ever wish is to be young again...it is always too late = )
most importantly it is about what's within you.if you feel young.you are always young and vice versa...no going around it!

My reality age came to 89.4 years, I feel that old sometimes too. One day, I and my grand kids are going to count my stitches.
