I BOUGHT 4 BAGS OF CANDY THINKING I WOULD GET ABOUT 50 KIDS AND WE GOT 10. SO I GOT LOTS OF CANDY IF U WANT ANY EMAIL ME AND I WILL EMAIL U THE CANDY.

We live in a very small village and approx' 5 miles away there is a fairly large town. Every Halloween we get busloads of oiks from that town who pretty much demand a treat from just about every house in the village. This year they smashed all the pots on the doorsteps and threw the plants over the cars and street. They do not dress up in costume and swear at you if you say no. The police are aware of it but they don't seem to be around when the trouble starts. Because it is an American tradition that has found its way over here the gits don't really understand the concept of 'trick or treat'. They think that a trick is damaging your property or your belongings and a treat is either sweets or money. (You've never got a gun when you want one)!

Hmm not sure but I'd say like 30.I got 5 big bags of candy and I'd say the bowl was about one bag full. I did enjoy it. It was so much fun. I love dressing up and dressing my son and giving out candy even his dad went all out this year it was a great night. But next year he'll be four, so I'll be taking him to get he candy rather than give it. That will be a change for me. How about you many trick or treater came your way? ^_^ DJ

I got no trick or treaters so i was happy as i hate them annoying me as i am not going to give them anything

I lost count after 12 and they all came so fast. There were little costumed people all over the place wanting candy. I had about 25 bags of candy to give out and I ran out and then I had a little more candy and I give that out with some little Halloween toys and then I had to turn out the lights cause I ran out of stuff after only a hour. I felt bad because of that because I love to give candy out to the kids.

One group on Sunday and another on Wednesday.. All young boys 10/11 years old No tiny ones... Spooky masks and fangs etc.. Gave rhem a £ each time...

Very few, each year it gets lesser and lesser. Parents most be stiffening up on kids, or it's just too darn scary to let your kids go out there anymore. I only had 30 kids tops. How about you?

I got two, they both dressed as Transvestites and came right to my room where I was just sitting there playing my guitar. It took me a minute to figure out that they were two old friends of mine...scared the crap out of me though.

Zero and that's the way I like it. I use to get 50 or more easy.

None, we went out to avoid them! I hate halloween, it's a party for evil and bad people and I can't understand why people celebrate it.

i do live in the countryside and the local kiddies would have a way to walk to my house, plus it's dark as there's no street lights so i can't say i'm surprised.
