It happens from time to time, so how would you deal with it?

Totally ignore it..... help the client like you do not see the nudity. Look him/ her in the eyes.

And if you meant (R)ude, same ways.
Ignore the rudeness of the client and remain calm, friendly and correct and ignore the rudeness.

You will be remembered for your professionallity.

Since the introduction of many clothing optional resorts and beaches, even whole towns, this situation is becoming more and more common. The intent of nudists or naturists is not usually exhibitionism or to shock, but simply to be free of clothing. If your business is near one of the above mentioned establishments, your nude clientele may be unaware that your business is not part of that scene - so it would probably be good to put up a large sign saying something along the lines of:
"NOT AFFILIATED WITH SUNLOVER'S RESORT. ALL CUSTOMERS REQUIRED TO WEAR AT LEAST MINIMUM ATTIRE OR FACE PROSECUTION"
Not that I would have a problem with nude customers, since I am a nudist myself. I try not to judge people on the basis of their clothing or non clothed status.

smile, seem unmoved and they will be embarrassed, if not then, later.
always be polite cos u wouldnt want rthem complaining to ur authoritie and getting u in trouble.
Its a tough job dealing with diff personalities, remember, the customer is always righrt- this phrase really means make the dumb spender think they are king of the world just so u can get theeir money/overprice them
If u adopt this u feel better knowing u have overal control over the nasty customer-u get his dollar!

que stormers? are they cute? sorry,i couldn't help asking.

could the person be or become dangerous to anyone at all? if yes, then it is time to notify the police.

it depends on whether or not the person seem dangerous, crazy, simply lazy, a little drunk, or if they are passing through from the public shower and missed a turn, or what. it also depends on whether or not they are regulars.

for one, I'd try to be at work only if another person is on duty. also make sure the security camera is on (for later viewing?). you might try putting up notices about prohibitions on nudity (if you want to clearly prohibit it that is).

this topic is going to elicite some wise-cracks for sure.

at our work place (used to work at a fast food place), we had to deal with 'flashers'. while we had one of the 'regulars' arrested once, generally we just grimmiced and tried to take the person's senility and fetish in stride.

if the person may be a danger to others, especially kids or vulnerable people, then you have to take the problem seriously...even if it doesn't bother you that much or you don't want to over-react.

on the other hand,if your customers are strolling in from the nuddist beach colony, then invest in bathrobes to put by the entrance, put up an obvious 'cover thyself' notice, and throw towels over any slacker types too lazy to wrap something around the bod. all else failing, ask if you can get some snap shots!!

once again, do notify the police and make sure you aren't on duty by yourself if there is even hint the 'customers' might bother anyone

i have worked with customers in a large east london department store, and for a electricains company and trust me theres no best way to deal with a rude cust. the best option is to keep your mind clear, if they become agressive on the phone or to your face simplt tell them you will not continue the situation if they dont lower their voice. you might get them calming down or it might make them worse. either way if your the manager or the staff you can't be blamed. once your out of reach, they cant see you or hear you, and it cant fget you in trouble, ***** them to the high heavens under your breath. take three breaths, and trust me you will feel tens better.

Where in the world do you work? It wouldn't bother me at all personally. I believe people should have the right to be nude if they want to. I'm guessing you're not from America where it is a very serious crime to wear just the skin you were born in.

you mean "rude" dont you?
i use to work at a department store and whenever i would get these customers i would only answer them with "yes" or "no." and let them blabber on about how horrible everyhting is. sometimes i would speak to them in a sort of sarcastic tone...makes me feel better.
