we are having a really bad finacncial situation at the moment, but i really want to get him some-thing special. We been together for almost a year now, we meet a month after his birthday, please someo e help??!!!!

Cook him a romantic dinner, give him a body massage, some fun couple stuff if he wants it, sit him down in front of the tv if he likes and let him watch whatever he wants. Costs very little and probably something he'd enjoy.
If that's not enough, take HIM to a movie he'd like to watch, go to a sports game if its not too much or call his friends and see if they'd like to take him for a boy's night out or you could get a group of friends together and all go out to dinner and dancing or goofing off in whatever way you most enjoy.
My guy likes bowling, football, movies and pool. All those aren't too much and he'd like it no matter what.

As soon as you see him. Morning or night. Don't even let him get a word in. With a simple flick of the wrist...take his pants off. And I urge you to let him finish where he wants. This will cost you nothing...except maybe a little dignity. But isn't it worth it? I mean it is his birthday.
