that u have ever stepped in, or on ?
for me the worst things were cat sick - i used to have a cat who had a nasty habit of hacking up furballs onto the rug by my bed whilst i was sleeping - just ready in time of me to step straight into them when i got out of bed... niiiiiiice..... the other worst thing was a lump of glass... my foot bled like crazy, and it took ages to heal.
so what's the most disgusting / painful thing that u have ever stepped on ?

ouch - there seems to be a lot of rusty nails out there ! o - and dog poo.
just incase anyone was wondering why i asked this question, it's because i came very close to standing on an electrical plug this morning (with nothing on my feet). made me think about all the nasty things i've stepped on in my life. the other one i forgot to mention was Donkey Sh*t on Scarborough beach when i was about 6 years old. yuck. lol.

A canned cat food lid.
It cut the bottom of my foot pretty bad, hurt like hell for awhile, and was hard to walk on...I just kinda wobbled around in night slippers until it healed.
: )

Well u asked so....used condoms are all over my mates warehouse car park, nails there too, i trood on a rat, it's teeming with them around there, stepped on a frog once and also one jumped in front of my car wheel last second (crunch) dog poo, gum, female urine where i used to live we had an open porch and the young guys and girls peed in there, i also have trood on my mates back to snap it back in place (that was nasty "crack" he he) worms, snails, slugs, beetles (not the fab four he he)
Just goes to show, not only is it a jungle out there it's a very dirty one, a good invention would be a door mat come shoe/foot cleaner that blasts the sole before u go indoors.

A very interesting question indeed, lol.
For me, it'd be a close toss up between the dog poo that stayed on the souls of my sneakers ALL day when I was ten (everyone teased me 'bout the smell- arggghh!), and the thumb-tak that went straight into the heel of my bare foot... also when I was ten. I was a very unfortunate ten-year-old... although the thumb-tak DID get me out of class for a while, lol

Years ago, barefoot walking through a dark room in a relatives house barefoot and their dog had sh** on the carpet. I realised it wasn't going to be pleasant as it squelched up between my toes. I have also done the cat sick thing, and half eaten dead mice etc. Not nice at all.

A 3 pin plug,I slipped down the stairs having just hoovered them, unplugged the hoover fell backwards and actually stepped full force on the upturned plug.
I have a scar on the bottom of my foot that shows the 3 pin's of the plug! :o(

Ive probably stepped on a dozen rusty nails but what really stands out is when I was standing on plywood and went to kneel down with my knee landing on a drywall screw pointing upward.

I once got a toothpick jammed an inch into my foot. It hurt like hell to get out and left many splinters.
But probably the worst thing I have stepped on is my ex.

The worst thing I,ve stepped in is the squashed remains of roadkill. It was the squelchy mess of a rat that had been run over. I have to say it was quite gory.

human sick. I live in a town with loads of students. The walk to school with my kids on a friday morning is like running the gauntlet of student vomit. We have to watch where we stand and where to push the buggy through.

Cheap hotel room carpets.
I travel a lot, and the company I work for are a bit tight, so I sometimes stay in dodgy hotels, and the first thing I always do is remove my shoes.
Will I never learn!!
