I work in a fast-paced law firm and the best way to keep the stress level down is by dealing with clients in the nicest manner possible. Everyone seems to think the worldrevolves around them so you just run with that. Let them know you really do care and try to stay as calm and compassionate as possible even if you can't do anything for them. One thing our firm does is if we don't specialize in the type of law they find themselves in, we refer them to another office. It protects our relationship with other offices and we get a lot of customers referred to us. So, the main thing (not just in dealing with frustrating people at work) is to be compassionate but also not let anyone run over you. Kill them with kindness!

The amount of Level 2 cache built in to your processor is the biggest factor in determining the overall speed of your computer. I have never seen this advertised on the specs sheet at the local retail store and most people don't know this and how important it is.

When trying to figure out what kind of sin your kids are recently guilty of (after catching the guilty looks on their faces), my trick to get them to confess is to tell them I KNOW what they did already, but that I'm giving them the chance to tell me themselves to avoid getting into more trouble for lying. Most of the time, they crack like and egg and tell me what they've done without a lot of fuss since they know that if I DO know what they did and then they lie about it, they will be in HUGE trouble since I punish lying more heavily than whatever it was they did in the first place. Works like a charm. ;)

I haul explosives for a living. I cook a weeks worth of food on the weekends to take with me on the road. It cuts way back on expenses for me and my husband.

decorated "honesty" be it in the manner of delivery always works! The customer transfers rage from you, to the employer, to the supplier...........mate, if you've done your bit in your trade, explained it to the customer - you've done your job!

Asking for someone's name when they are upset, and using it as often as possible will make them listen to you more intently and calm down.
