The song is called Tijuana Taxi and is performed by Herb Alpert and the Tijuana Brass. It was the theme song for an old 60's game show called The Dating Game and would be played when they were introducing the bachelors or bachelorettes.
The horn at the end I have no idea where it originated but it was the sound the General Lee made when they honked the horn on the TV show and later the movie, Dukes of Hazard.
