I have to suggest a world exclusive product but not home remedy.

It is an Amezcua Bio Disc

A revolutionary natural energy generating device, the Amezcua Bio Disc is the product of technically-engineered natural minerals that have been structurally bonded in glass and are capable of producing scalar energy frequencies. This long-lasting natural scalar resonance has the ability to be transferred to and rejuvenate the molecular structures of all liquids.

Put simply, the energy created by the Amezcua Bio Disc can cause liquids to become more hydratious, taste better, and to have a longer shelf life.

Drinking a glass of water which has been placed on top of the Amezcua Bio Disc, or pouring water over the Disc can help you detoxify and hydrate all body cells, increase the amount of oxygen in your blood, and enhance your immune system. You can also sleep better by placing the disc in the centre of the bed, or energise yourself by bathing with a bio disc. The healing possibilities are endless.

No-one teaches us to sleep properly when we are young and thats the problem. Modern society seems to push pills as the answer..when its often not the case at all.

Sleeping is all to do with the brain, and sometimes people brains need retraining to go into "deep sleep" so you feel like you haven't been awake all night.

Loads of info about can be found at the website below and they also sell a guide on it. No hypnosis, no drugs or herbs, it really quite amazing and it works.

Have a look at http://www.insomniafreedom.com and see if it helps

Calcium & Magnesium combination: take twice daily. Some people have better results taking one earlier in the day and other one in the evening. These minerals help calm the nervous system.

Passionflower: 250 mg or 1 to 2 ml a half hour before bed time. It is a great sleep aid that relaxes the nerves and does not cause drowsiness in the morning.

I use melatonin, which is a hormone made by your pineal gland. Sometimes your gland doesn't make enough and it is difficult to get to sleep. Try and see if it helps; take a 1 mg tablet (available at the health food store) for 2-3 nights and see if it helps. Then add 1 mg each night if it doesn't help you fall asleep. You can safely go up to 6 mg, and if it doesn't help you by then you don't need it. If you get groggy in the morning, you've taken too much.

I use valerian tablets (to help you relax) and something called Deep Sleep by Herbs Etc. It is wonderful and really helps me sleep. It seems to be hard to find but try a bottle.

I also take magnesium at night--I like Natural Calm powdered. One heaping teaspoon in warm water (in which it dissolves and becomes more bioavailable) helps calm the muscles.
