What are your thoughts...should they get a job and stop begging?

why doesnt the military offer them a job...join up and get paid well.

Alot of responses you will get is that some cant help it, being disabled and such. But a huge fact is that alot can and chose not to, taking away resources that should go to the ones that cant help themselves. So most of the time I do not feel sorry for them.

people are homeless for different reasons...the ones I dont feel sorry for are the ones who lost control in there life and led them to become homeless....like making it big then affording all the **** they ever wanted but greed took over....got into the drinks then just spiraled outta control and end up being a drunk or whatever.

NO i don't feel sorry for them. they choose this life they live... a lot of them have more money than the normal joe, but its the street life they love, no commitments to anyone or any thing

sortof feel sry, occasional give them some change. but apparently ur not ment to do that. ur ment not ot give them anything so that then they have to go to a help centre and there they can get help (my friend told me this, her aunt works for a homelless mens health centre).

Many are where they are for making bad choices. They must accept responsibility for their choices

well some homeless cant help it. you cant blame them. it can be out of some horrible misfortune. others i dont feel sorry for (who blow their money on booze)

Yes.
Most of them are alcoholics, druggies, lazy and beggars.
I work hard for my stuff why cant they? Life is about choices, they made a bad choice thats their problem.

well, i guess you didnt know this fact.... MOST homeless people are mentally ill....and have no support system. yah, imagine yourself in that position in life. not so great.
