Stress does cause hormonal imbalance, this may be why you are spotting and feeling sharp pains near your ovaries (hip bone area). Stress can cause you to skip your next period.
But to be on the safe side, see a doctor to make sure it's not endometriosis.
EDIT: I'm sorry to hear about your divorce. Just know that somewhere out there is someone who is a much better match for you. My best friend did.

Certainly it cannot hurt to go see your doctor. I'm not sure why you would ask a bunch of people who answer questions on-line that??? That seems to be a no brainer.
You are going though a very stressful time. That can cause health issues. But you may have had health issues exacerbated by the stress. So...go see your doctor.
And are you sure there is no hope for your marriage? You never mentioned what it was that you fight about?

You definatly need medical help. Any spotting & pain aren't a good sign. Go to the nearest emergency room & please get checked out to be on the safe side. If your husband caused this, you need to divorce him. Staying together with this kind of abuse will only get much worse. Good Luck.

Pls as far as possible keep your vaginal parts neat & clean by using dettol or savlon and your private part should be shaved regularly & use good quality of panties. Pls meet a gynochologist for further consultation. Do you have any white discharges problem if so pls consult a gynochologist for further consultation.

Get yourself to the dr. asap to get checked on the bleeding.
If you and your husband can get together and talk things over, and maybe even get some counseling together to help-that would be good. Take care.

Stress can make you bleed. But I would make an appointment with your gynecologist if it doesn't let up after 24 hours.

Why are you divorcing? It's not something you can work on? I mean it can't be resolved at all? Are you saying you think you might be pregnant? If you think you might be pregnant than go in and get a blood test to make sure. Hopefully your not because then your just one more person who has brought a child into a broken family...
