Pop some popcorn and string it together and you can decorate the walls or a cheap tree with it.
Cut out snowflakes on typing paper and hang from the ceiling with some thread and paper clips.
Get colored construction paper, red and green, and cut strips out and loop them to make garland.
(((hugs)))

Make a budget. Stick to it.
If you already have lights, then you are that much ahead of the game. If not, watch the sales. Places like Home Depot, Lowes and others will have a pretty good sale on Black Friday.
If you were to join the forum at http://www.PlanetChristmas.com, you could get some ideas on how to build things yourself, or where to find the best bargains (for instance, Ace Hardware will be giving away a free box of lights while supplies last on Black Friday).
Below are some links to examples of how people stretch their budgets.
Granted, for the computerized lights, it is a hardy set up cost, but if you budget yourself, you can find alternatives (Lowes has a GE Lights and Sounds of Christmas that is under $100. It will play several songs and control up to 1400 watts of lights.)

Poster paint on a window is a way to decorate and share with others in the area too.
Paint candy canes, snowmen, stockings on the windows. Poster paint washes off easily.

Construction paper and a 4 foot tree from Hobby Lobby - they cost a whole $10. Make all your ornaments out of tin foil,. cardboard, construction paper - lights from the dollar store - whole deal could cost you less than $15.

Get a tree kind of like the one Charlie Brown had. All it needs is a little love.

I agree that it fairly is unfair, yet i do no longer think of they could be "given greater factors" there could in simple terms be a greater equivalent distribution of supplies. abolish "no baby left in the back of" and redistribute economic money in a manner it is equitable and uncomplicated. Our instruction equipment isn't a unfastened marketplace, it fairly is a democracy. until eventually then, dont ***** that little ones in decrease-earnings factors are "failing to realize," by way of fact it ends up in slippery slope arguments.
