It’s not possible if you are a TV watching, Program Loving guy. Cause all the good shows come on between 8 and 11 pm in the night.
So assuming you go to bed by 11:30 add 8 hours sleep and wake up at 7:30. If that qualifies then, yes else No.

I don't know, I sleep a few hours and wake up, then I stay up a few hours and go back to sleep, I think I usually sleep the most at one time about 4 hours, and stay up about 5 and go back to sleep. See I am like a little baby, I sleep when I am tired, and stay awake to cause confusion. hehe
Mine is due to depression, really.
