when i lay down to watch tv or go to bed i usually love laying on my tummy but these past few weeks my tummy feels really tight. it kinda feels like im full. sign of pregnancy?

In early pregnancy I definitely didn't feel like this. It wasn't til towards the end of the 1st trimester that I started to feel uncomfortable when laying on my tummy, and even now at 32 weeks I don't feel full all the time despite only limited space in my stomach.
Saying that, though, everyone is different and just because my experience wasn't like that doesn't mean it's not possible.
If you have any other reason to suspect you may be pregnant, it might be a good idea to take a test.

maybe. i have been comfortable laying on my stomach until about a week ago (at week 17)
