can i poke a hole in it or slice it thru the bottom so the blood can come out it wont be as puffy?? i need good answers because i can barely see thru my left eye, and now my right eye is so swollen i can barely see.... HELP

Sure do this if you want to go blind. Leave it alone. I had a huge hematoma, large pocket of blood, in my eye that was so large it was over the bottom of my eyelid. Put ice on it, leave it alone and take Motrin for the inflammation. If you continue to have pain in your eye, go to an opthamologist and have it looked at. You could have a detached retina.

You need to put a cold pack on it. Take some ice in a damp wash cloth and hold it over the eye. Check every few minutes to make sure you aren't freezing the skin. The cold will reduce the swelling. Don't take any aspirin at this time it will thin the blood and result in more bruising. You can probably take some tomorrow.

The only stories I have heard of that kind of surgery is seedy procedures in poor areas. I don't even thing its legal. Why would you undergo such a risky procedure, where your eyes can be ruined for life, just to have a different eye colour? Try colored lenses. Or love what you have.

Don't do that to yourself. Just let it heal on it's own. Put some ice on it or a frozen vegetable bag. It's won't take long for the swelling to go down.
