I'm wondering, do most strip clubs also hire regular waitresses?

yes, at least all of them I know of, you are not required to strip, however they do expect provocative clothing.

Yes they have regular waitresses, someone has to serve the booze and food. And many places you can't serve food unless you're fully clothed, by law. So you wouldn't be expected to strip.
However, to make good tips you'd want to dress sexy and flirt and be playful. And you'll likely put up with a lot of really crude behaviour, up to and including being groped as you walk by.

Yes, mostly all strip clubs but It would be like working at Hooters. No, stripping but you will have to wear little things.
and show some cleavage thats the whole point of these places.
