When a guy says that he "falls hard and fast" what does it mean? Is it that he's in it a short time only, and that he will leave once he gets what he wants?
I met this guy 7 months ago in a club and although we talk on the phone a lot we have only seen each other twice since we live a couple of hours away. At the beginning, he contacted a friend of mine to get my #, saying he cared about me etc. My friend gave me his # but as I was skeptical at first, I took some time to call back. And so this friendship/relationship developed. I believe he really wants to be in a relationship bad and the distance I think may be an issue for him since he keeps saying that he wants to spend time with me and " wake up with me in the morning and serve me tea". Is it just lust or infatuation on his part? I really like him, but not sure what to do now.

Can it be true? Sure. But there would be VERY FEW guys that would be telling the truth. Ofcourse I don't know your guy, so my advice is be very careful. I would take it slower then he wants, and as my mother always said "If it's to good to be true it is." Really, if it is to perfect, don't do it.
What I mean by perfect is, if there are no flaws in the guy, find them first!

Tell him to slow down, and take time for the two of you to get to know each other. That crap about serving you tea is just to spend the night at your house!! If he thinks that you are worth it, he will get a hotel room for him to stay in the night of your date, if need be.
Tell him that you would love to go out with him, but you are not ready for him to be a house guest until you get to know each other better. If he doesn't like that, tell him to hit the road!!!

Could be lust. Could be he has fallen for you. Could be he *thinks* he's fallen for you, but it's a case of not having to live near each other. The best way to solve this would be to see more of each other...maybe take a weekend together or something to that effect. Good luck.

He wants to have sex with you, that's it.
Hard and fast?
Hard is a hard on for you... Fast is to get to third base by skipping one and two.
I can only guess, and tell me if I'm wrong, but you two are in your early 20's?

it meens he didnt go out long or knew them long but has fallin in love very fast and this love they feel is also very strong thats what it meens and i know this cuz it heppend to me and im still with her =) so im not sure what u should do that is all your desicion good luck =)

falling hard and fast means that they fall in love fast (short amount of time) and deeply. he's trying to say the opposite of what you think.
