I am insanely loud and obnoxious while eating my breakfast cereal.

What kind of question is that to ask in the wee hours of the morning. You are making me hungry. Well, I don't think I ever noticed how much noise I make while slurping down my cereal, but I'll go and eat a bowl right now and get back to you on that a little later......

well eating the cereal is farily quiet but when I get to the eating the bowl part that is pretty loud.
First is the cracking sound of the porcelain as I bite into it then the screams of pain as the sharp broken pieces pierce the roof of my mouth.

Depends what i'm eating. Cherio's, golden grahams, cornflakes are quite loud (lots of slurping/shovelling etc) but stuff like weetabix/ready brek/porridge tend to be a lot quieter.

You just can't eat a bowl of cereal quiet and enjoy it, so I eat it loud. I slurp, drip, and smack. When I'm alone that is.

I try not to slurp and drip, but I chew very loudly. One of my co-workers once complained about how loud I was eating potato chips, and I chew with my mouth closed. To see if the problem was me or the potato chips, we conducted an experiment with another co-worker at the same distance away from the woman who complained. It turned out it was me, and I chewed much louder.

I am quiet. I can put up with most things, but when someones slurps and makes loud noises when they eat it makes me crazy

I haven't had anyone complaining or hinting that I'm loud, so I guess I'm not noisy!

There is the slurping, and the crunching...Plus I'm a fork/spoon biter... my teeth always hit my eating utensil... I cant help it... bothers the **** out of my brother LOL I think it's hilarious...So I would say I'm pretty loud, I guess....

there's a direct relationship between time it takes to reach the bowl due to distractions eg a certain whingy, clingy baby and the sogginess of the cereal and hence the loudness of my munch and crunch
