Well, ginny, some friends just have that special knack of feeling your pain. It may be a word written or a certain intensity in the key strokes on the keyboard but some people have the perpensity to feel way beyond the norm. These special friends don't happen maybe but once in a life time. This friend cares deeply for her special friend , also. This friend feels she is the lucky one; for you have entered her life by a 'thought'. I am honored to be your friend.

ha - that just happened to me yesterday - my boyfriend can always tell when something is wrong & i was just talking to him on the phone, i said hello and he's like "what's wrong?!" I couldn't believe he could tell something was wrong with just one word!! of course, i can tell when something is wrong with him too :P
but yes, it is VERY nice being able to have someone to talk to about anything... all of your problems or concerns and to know that they will listen & care & be there for you.
I love that!

Good question. for me, it's not one specifc person but people in my life have moments where they "just know stuff" (how? i don't know) and i find it prtty amazing (in a good way)
