In the US the minimum speed limit on all interstates is 45 MPH. That puts you 37 mph to slow. You would be a hazard to everyone on the interstate. Stick to side roads, and out of traffic. Most states are able to impound a motor vehicle for impeding traffic. Not to mention the mower is not licensed, nor does it have turn signals, head lights, and brake lights. These are all needed to travle on the interstate.

It is illegal to go under 45 mph on most interstates under normal conditions. That is why it is illegal for a lawnmower to go on the interstate.

No, the speed minimum is 45 mph on the interstate. Even then you'd probably still get pulled over.

Most states have a minimum speed limit. So if your lawn mower can't go at least the minimum speed then yes it's illegal. I would stick to side roads if I were you.
