how to getmto pal park after beating elite 4?

first u need to find all the pokemon in the sinnoh
then u will go to proffersor rowans and he will give u the national dex
if u need to know there is a cave near the exit from solaceon town go right from there and there should be some bumps u need to jump over once u finish jumping over them there should be a cave enterance there go in and there will be unkown in that cave.
Oh ya pal park is located at route 221 u need to surf from south of sandgem town but its like a maze so be careful
to use the pal park all u need to do is to put ur gba game beforeturning on system
it will say in the options part where it says ur profile go down and there should be something saying migrate
click that and tada u can pick any pokemon that dont have any hm moves to be migrated

pal park is located in route 211.

only transfer 6 pokemons without Hm moves. migrate at teh beggining of the game.

You'll need Surf.

After you've been there once, you can fly back, which is nice.
