Lack - Blue is a dyestuff ink and will fade.Black ink should be a pigment ink and is permanent.
So I use black.

Blue. It's so refreshing to see a blue ink filling up a white sheet of paper. It really is the best ink colour. Black is too dark to write with.

I like to write in blue ink. Because i feel that it's more clear to be seen or viewd compare write in black ink.
