I'd like to see the the Trustus theater or Drayton hall play it. It's non-traditional with some experimental acting scenarios. I can give more info but only to someone seriously interested.

Are you sure its good? Try to get a second opinion on it by people in the buisness like a producer o a theatre owner or a agent.

If youre not having any sort of contact with the mentioned theaters or if the script isnt EXTREMELY good then the odds are against a newbi writer gets his first script settled in a big comersial theatre since theyre probebly getting hundreds of scripts plus having the choice of thousends of top ranks scripts from places like Broadway. Your best bet is a small scale theatre thats looking for not well known writers and directors. Johan.

Contact local theatre [small and large] and find out if they welcome submissions.

Another course is to contact actors who you think are right for the roles, ask them if they'd like to participate in a public reading [sit-down, not staged], send each participant a copy of the script, have one rehearsal get-together with them a few days before the reading, and then invite local producers to attend the public reading. You can act as narrator -- very sparingly -- if it's vital to describe any vital visual elements, such as a non-speaking character appearing or a major special effect like the Angel crashing through the ceiling in "Angels in America."

And always remember to copyright your work before sending a copy of it to anyone. On the three readings I've put together, I collected the actors' scripts at the end of the reading, because I didn't want copies of the play floating around.
