Because I found something simular to it. Only it had the head of the Baltimore Ravens logo, and it was flipping the bird.

That's usually Calvin from the Calvin & Hobbes comic strip. But the strip's creator has never endorsed or gotten any money from those decals. I personally think they go against the spirit and charm of the comic and are _way_ overused and unoriginal these days.

skatc is correct. They were a knock off of Calvin from Calvin & Hobbes. I remember the C&H creator railing about it in one of his collection books. He never endorsed it nor would he, as it was not something Calvin would ever do.
