Green Valley/Henderson...all nice neighborhoods there's a Whole Foods there, and a Trader Joe's too. You can take the street to the airport from some places or just a couple of freeway exits within 15 mins easy. Many locals believe it's the best part of the Vegas valley to live in.

I agree with some of the others, go for Green Valley. I live in the Seven Hills area as well and LOVE it. There's a Whole Foods and Trader Joe's within miles of my house and a lot of new amazing restaurants and little shops. Check out the District at Green Valley Ranch.

spring valley sw las vegas has 3 whole foods grocery stores one call sunflower market close to everything, around rainbow and flamingo 10 min from strip 15-30 depending on traffic to mcarran

West of the Strip, out on Tropicana, and beyond the Orleans Hotel is a lovely, gated, very large residential area - just can't recall its name, but check it out!
