The Nazis hated everyone who disagreed with their twisted views.
Why would they accept Jesus as their Saviour when they thought Hitler was practically a God.
Groups persecuted by the Nazis included:
Jews.
Jehovah's Witnesses.
Roma/Romany (Gypsies collectively).
Sinti half their population (subgroup of, the Roma people).
homosexuals.
the physically and mentally disabled.
any groups they viewed as racially or genetically inferior and/or undesirable.
Communists and other political groups.

This is a complicated question with no easy yes or no answer. First the Nazis were not atheists like the Communists. The Nazi policy on religions and Christianity in particular was inconsistent and in some cases contradictory. The SS for example demanded that SS members not renounce Christianity but quit membership in respective Churches, i.e. Catholic and so forth. The SS member was then to state his/her beliefs as "Gott Glaeubig" which means "believer in God."
Many SS men disregarded this edict and remained Christians.
Hitler himself was not an atheist and did believe there was a Jesus but that he was not Jewish. In his opinion "No Jew would hand another Jew over to the Romans." However, Hitler often called Christianity the greatest swindle in all of history.
What made Christians unpalatable to the Nazis? If the religion was contrary to National Socialism. Jehovah's witnesses were persecuted because they advocated pacifism.
So I would not say the Nazis "hated" Jesus, or Muhammad(yes there were indeed Germans that practiced Islam) so long as it did not overtly oppose Nazism.

Not exactly, the German government was moving towards a classical Scandinavian Religion, and much preferred that to Christianity. Islam was encouraged in the Balkans by the Grand Mufti of Jerusalem; this was due to the Grand Muftis anti-British views, and Germany's little assistance to the Revolution in Iraq in 1941.

Nazis hated, and persecuted, living people. Jesus Christ was not alive during the Nazi regime.

Most Nazi Party members were lutheran and catholic, just like most democrats are catholic and other christian church goers. Just because you go to church on sunday does not mean that you can't do your best to screw up the world the rest of the week.
