I want to go to UIC and then med school. I know UIC has the GPPA program but my gpa and act arent high enough to get into it. Is there anything i can do to go to uic and have a chance of getting into med school without majoring in biology because i want to major in computer science or buisness

The key to getting into med school is to have good grades in your pre-med courses and have a good MCAT score. At UIC pre-med is just an advising identification. Overall, the degree which has the highest percent of success in terms of med school acceptance is philosophy.
