after being on this diet for about a month I cheated and had a huge prime rib dinner...it was tasted sooooo good that I had to get up and leave to have a smoke :-)

ANJEL, Looooooooooooooooool!!! My aunt made some kind of casserole with ham from her own recipe, and I declare! I don't know what pig that ham came from, but I wished I could have shaken his hand (paw?) in appreciation.

Yes.....I had a bread pudding with a warm whiskey sauce at a Creole restaurant.
I still think about it.....it was amazing.
