I would wear this with a long satin halter evening gown that has a long slit on the side or front of the dress. I would do my hair up and wear chandelier earrings adorned with dark blue gem stones (they don't have to be real gem stones but you get the picture).
OR you could wear them with long chiffon pants (white, black or royal blue) paired with a halter top (again satin would be my fabric of choice for the top)
