i know that it has 1 and 100 0's after it but i dont know how to put it into scientific notation i think its 10 x 100 but im not sure

Use simple examples to figure it out. You know that:

1 = 1.0 * 10^0 (because 1 doesn't have any zeroes after it)
10 = 1.0 * 10^1 (because 10 has 1 zero)
100 = 1.0 * 10^2 (because 100 has 2 zeroes)
1 followed by 100 zeroes = 1.0 * 10^100

I would think its 1.0 * 10^100.
