even though i have the absolute BEST contacts available, lately i've been thinking about an alternative means of online goofballing around. problem is....i dont know what that is yet.

Ya' go thru several phases...and yes...one of them is "boredom..."
Phase 1: You start out slow by answering a few easy questions, and then you come across questions that are just screaming for some sarcastic or humorous answer, and then you make a lot of people angry...
Phase 2: At some point you actually end up helping someone with an answer that was in your particular area of expertise, and they thank you from the bottom of their heart, and tell you that you just saved thousands of lives...okay...it hasn't been "quite" that "impacting," but you did do good for someone out of the goodness of your heart...and it helped...and you get a warm, fuzzy feeling all over, that for the first time in your life...is not sexual...and you pat yourself on the back for a job well done, and let your ego feast on the compliment like a shark in a feeding frenzy...
Phase 3: You start to realize that there are young females on here who aren't old enough yet to realize they could get you arrested just by "admiring" your questions, which are mostly designed for older adults, but no one is watching their kids anymore, and that means nothing's changed, because our parents didn't watch us, either, which is why we are all now living in a consumer "toyism" culture, and we are hell bent on having a good time, even if that means the destruction of all life on earth...myself included...I'm sorry, Mother Earth...but primal scream therapy is necessary here...life is indeed short, brutal, and sporadically joyful and things in between, but you made us...now deal with us...'cause we's gotsta" party, baby...we's gotsta' party...woo yaw...
Phase 4: You end up a chain-smoking, productiveless, alcoholic, broken empty shelluva' man...and then you ultimately pull an Elvis and shoot your T.V....
But keep the computer so you can "feed" your now entrenched "question & answer" addiction...
It's "viscous" cycle...(I meant to say "viscous..." I'm damn clever that way...Guseintheit...hope this helped...and may you burn in hell forever...thank you...)

I do become bored with Y!A from time to time. I believe that's the reason why I only come on here once in awhile. It seems like all the interesting people have either left or been terminated from this site.

I love coming to Y/A. You get to see a lot of nice people, answer some questions that might help someone else or even my self. What other place is available in this format?? Besides, we'd miss you. : }

No, not really. One day I did find myself getting irate with a few of the questioners. My solution to any kind of ill feelings concerning Y/A is to back off for a while and then try again.
I still enjoy Y/A because it gives me a chance to answer questions that I consider important and then to flip over and answer polls/survey questions that are just silly! :)

I was just reading Damn Laid Back's answer he is so darn smart. Did you know if you sleep with him you fly free? Anyway back to your question, I am bored with answers most of the time. When I get bored I just send dirty emails to my contacts, sometimes they respond most of the time they block me. Did you know that the average user (non-McCain) does not enjoy bondage and humiliation?
