israel usually prepares a defense but waits for an invasion first from arab troops, like in the 1967 (6day war) the yom kippur war( when the Arabs invaded Israel on the holiest day for the jews as a surprise attack.) if the attack from iran is imminent it would be in israel's best interest to strike tehran first. you also have to remeber it is due to israel's strike on the iraqi nuclear facility that delayed saddam's production of nuclear weapons. if israel did nuke iran then there would most likely start WWIII. I personnaly believe we shouldn't wait to be attacked first by muslim suicide bombers/ missles, we should nuke tehran and launch a full scale invasion into iran, with all the allied forces.
With the way the media is run by the left wing liberals israel would be bashed for attacking first, but should we really wait?

That would only occur if the stupid ragheads in Tehran decided to hit Israel first, or the Israelis were down to the last option before being totally overrun. Probably they would launch on the invaders first.
Consider it a lovely parting gift to Islamofascists before the gallant State of Israel was destroyed...
Besides, the US would see to it that the Israelis survived, so no nuke attack ,

The same thing that happened in the 7 day war.
The rest of the middle east would simply say, damn im not gonna pizz them off again.
And guess what the world would scream how unfair it is, and Israel would hold up the middle finger.

The West would raise their fists in anger.
Stop for a second, realize the good that's come out of it.
Then shrug and go about cleaning up the civilian catastrophe. Maybe 'clear out' Israel's government and put a new one in to make it looked like we cared.
