I love that Stephanie has personal meaning for you, and I'd likely pair it with a middle name that isn't stereotypically dated to give her a more current option should she ever want one. In other words, avoiding the 70s fillers Lynn, Marie, Ann(e), Lee/Leigh, Joy, Danielle, Michelle, Renee, etc. ;)

Are there any other names you simply love, because they might work beautifully in the middle name slot. And since you already have a meaningful first name, the middle is wide open here! :) Short of that, here are a few less expected/dated options.

Stephanie Carys - the "love" meaning gets me every time ;)
Stephanie Gwyneth - again, great meaning (generally taken to mean "happiness")
Stephanie Adelia
Stephanie Isla (IE-la)
Stephanie Pearl
Stephanie Lila(h)
Stephanie Avalon
Stephanie Clio
Stephanie Moira

It really just depends on your personal style. ;) You might also consider another form of Stephen/Stephanie, such as Stefania (ste-FAHN-ya) or Stephania (ste-FANN-ya). Just some thoughts. Hope it helps. ;)
