Figure the prime factors, then you can used that to figure out the lowest common lowest common (LCM) of all the numbers.
2 = 2
3 = 3
4 = 2 x 2
5 = 5
6 = 2 x 3
7 = 7
8 = 2 x 2 x 2
9 = 3 x 3
10 = 2 x 5

So we need 2 x 2 x 2 x 3 x 3 x 5 x 7 in order to cover all the factors.

This is 2520
2520 = 10 x 252
2520 = 9 x 280
2520 = 8 x 315
2520 = 7 x 360
2520 = 6 x 420
2520 = 5 x 504
2520 = 4 x 630
2520 = 3 x 840
2520 = 2 x 1260

Suppose X is the number we consider each digit from 2 thru 10:
X is equally divisible by 2 then X = 2*k
X is equally divisible by 3 then X = 2*3*k
X is equally divisible by 4 then X = 2*3*2*k
X is equally divisible by 5 then X = 2*3*2*5*k
X is equally divisible by 6 already
X is equally divisible by 7 then X = 2*3*2*5*7*k
X is equally divisible by 8 then X = 2*3*2*5*7*2*k
X is equally divisible by 9 then X = 2*3*2*5*7*2*3*k
Because X is smallest so k = 1
X = 2*3*2*5*7*2*3 = 2520
