Ignoring the spelling errors, like "nutralising textures", your question is too vague.

" My computer is broken.", My printer won't work." and "I get an error message." are examples of how NOT to get good tech support. Phrases like these don't tell us enough to figure out what is actually wrong.

Please re-post with the name of the program you are using, a description of your specific problem, all error messages, word for word, (if applicable) and your PC make & model, components (if applicable), and operating system used.

If your machine hasn't completely given up the ghost, reboot the darn thing FIRST, then see if you can re-create the problem, taking careful notes on everything YOU DO AND SEE on the screen along the way. Write down any and all error messages you encounter and don't leave out any of the "techno-gobbledy-goop", because that's more important than anything you can say.

Then, we can try to help.

*OPTIONAL Screen Capture*:

Even better, capture a screen shot of every error message you get. If you don't already have a favorite screen capture program (like the free MWSnap), use the “ClipBoard” in Windows:

Press the CTRL + PrtScr key (Next to F12) to capture the Desktop (ALT + PrtScr to capture the current window) to the Clipboard, then, open Programs > Accessories > Paint (or WordPad), select Edit > Paste. Then, save the file to the Desktop, with a descriptive title such as "Error Message From (Insert program name here)" and be sure to save as “.JPG” in Paint, or an “.RTF” in WordPad.

That way, you can send us links (from Flickr or Photobucket, for example) so we can see it for ourselves. A picture IS worth a 1000 words!!!

Sure, the 70s diet still keeps sway. Low calorie, high fibre celery will stop you snacking, and contains high levels of calcium which help to lose the fat content in different foods. Tip: Eat braised celery with roast chicken to negate the bird’s calorie content.

People who plan their weekly meals are more successful at losing weight than individuals who don’t. Plan your dishes to add healthy carbs such as sweet potato and wholegrain pasta, green vegetables and lean proteins, buy all of the ingredients in advance and don’t be tempted to eat out or order in.

Go bland. Plain, simple, unseasoned food such as cooked chicken, plain rice and a bare-skinned baked potato are nutritious your palette will tire of these people quickly, unlike salty moreish ready-made food, which keeps you snacking and piling for the pounds.
