So they would start making great music again?

Would it be morally wrong to leave heroin gear all around Trent Reznor? Some in his bathroom, in the studio.. I mean, it would still be his decision right?

I always get this expression confused. Off the wagon means you're back on the booze or drugs. But if you're on the wagon then you're straight. You would think it would be the other way around since the wagon would be equipped with the bar but I digress. There's this guy named Trent Reznor you might be familiar with. Anyway, sobriety is a great life decision for most but for whatever reason, his music has plummeted since he discovered working out and power bars.

It would probably make you a horrible person. However, it might be justifiable if it would make him revert back to form. Say no to drugs UNLESS you're Trent, lol. Too funny.

With regards to The Stooges abysmal Weirdness album, sure their 1st two albums were fantastic, but hey, they came out close to 40 years ago! I seriously doubt that if Iggy had continued using heroin that Weirdness would be any better. For that matter, I doubt very much that he would be alive to record that piece of crap. Also, the guy's 60 years old. It doesn't surprise me that his vocals are "sub-par".
For the most part, all of the great old artists from the 70's are just that...old. I don't think that re-introducing them to a demon like heroin would give them any inspiration this late in the game. Maybe some of the younger fella's like Trent Reznor might benefit, and still have a chance though!

I wish someone had kicked Iggy Pop's *** in the middle of making The Weirdness to let him know his lyrics sucked and his vocals were sub-par. I mean the first three Stooges albums were/are/always will be abolute classics, how did they let this travesty happen? The music was fine, but somehow Iggy (the most infamously talented of them all) managed to drop the ball.

I haven't cared for much Aerosmith for a long time, too generic contrived rock-ballad oriented. And I love their early material (although their big hit "Dream On" pisses me off, it doesn't even sound like them).

That's all I'll do for now.

Edit: I wasn't fully aware of what "fall off the wagon" meant, and I agree with the below corrections to my post.

Whoops.
