whatever... i'm proud of you for not wanting to date 9 year olds! here's a star.
edit:
to answer your question... no, i don't think they read the question, that would require the skill of reading and the ability to have intelligent thoughts.

maybe the persons computer is a little slow and they accidentally clicked that on your answer but meant it for another person? it happens , i have accidentally done that when the screen jumps around.just saying maybe it was an accident cause you cannot change it once you vote accident or not! but i think some people just automatically give me a thumbs down no matter what my answers are because they disagree with my views on certain subjects.but that is okay.i read before i give a thumbs up or down.i do not give people a thumbs down just because---- like no reason!good luck.

Um. . . . I don't know why that would get a thumbs down unless it totally didn't relate to the question asked. I'm proud of you for not dating 9 yos, stay away from the below 16 crowd too!
Sometimes, I think people just go on downing sprees because they want theirs to be the only one without a thumbs down. Somehow, I think, they think it looks better that way? Go figure. I saw a thumbs down spree on a question about your favorite song. Well, duh, if it isn't your favorite, that doesn't mean you need to diss everyone!

LOL... now that is funny. I think some people just give thumbs down for the sake of giving thumbs down. Go ahead weirdos, bring on the thumbs down for this! LOL

I know I always read them. And you know, I don't even know what the question was, but I think I'd have given that a thumbs up no matter what the other guy was asking.

I always read the answers and usually give a thumbs-down to the ones that are just plain ignorant or mean.

Sometimes. Some people give thumbs down to everyone but themselves in hopes that the questioner will actually take that into consideration...ha! I look for the chain of thumbs down leading to a person, and then once the chain stops, you have your thumbs-downer! I almost never pick that person for best answer; I consider their move to be cheating.

I think it is a nervous disorder. They hover over the "thumbs up" and then their body twitches and accidentally hits the "thumbs down". Most likely they are slobbering all over their Sex Pistols t-shirt right now.

Some say that there are people that have "stalkers" that give you thumbs down if you answered their question in a way they didn't like.
Other times, just your answer alone, rubbed somebody the wrong way period.
I accept mine and don't care.
