I just ate an entire packet of extra hot peppermint chewing gum and that is all I need to be SUPER awake

A few glasses of red wine but no coffee. Actually feeling quite mellow. I do get anxious with coffee no matter how I moderate it. One cup will do it. In terms of mania, I don't think it's part of my problem. Other things yes but mania, no.
