Is it fair to have predation, disease, deformities, child rape, parasites and evil in the world? If the answer is yes, then with god(s) like that, who need them?

It would take you posting this question in the proper category, first of all.
But to answer your question more seriously, It would take me knowing the peace that comes from Jesus FOR MYSELF. There is nothing that YOU could do to make that happen. If I'm not mistaken, a person has to accept Jesus for themselves before they can experience this peace of which you speak. It should be obvious by now that if a person is not willing to do that, no amout of salesmanship is going to change that.
And speaking of 'salesmanship', has anyone else noticed how Christians are always trying to 'sell' their religion to everyone else? I know of no other religion that is so 'hell bent' on converting the rest of the world to their way of thinking. Is that really an attitude that shows tolerance?
It's like being hounded by a persistent used car salesman.

Your acceptance of the Apparitions of Jesus and Mary, particularly over the last 200 years, and most recently at Medjugorje.Mary is telling us how to get back to God.She says "God is displeased with what has been going on in the World, his patience is nearly exhausted.People must amend their lives, ask pardon for their sins and not offend our Lord any more, for he is already too greatly offended".
See i know the answer to your question. I bet you don't believe the above reason i have written. I have yet to hear from anyone on R&S who accepts the possibility of Apparations ! This is why i keep telling them they are wasting time reading their Bibles, which are all different anyway.. The Bible is redundant because the Apparitions have replaced it with new up to date instructions of what God is telling us .

God speaks to every-ones soul at some point in their life and usually many times. It is up to each of us to decide if we want to listen. You are not in control of that. Show Gods peace by living the example no words are necessary. Live it and people will see and be drawn by the peace you have.

Frankly, I would be less concerned with peace and eternal life than I would with being forgiven for the many sins I have committed. Only when we realize that we sin almost constantly against a holy God who rightly hates our sin does Christianity make sense, which is why appeals like this will never work for the majority of the proud people here on Yahoo answers.

In the same way you know when you have done a jigsaw that a piece is missing!
It is an empty feeling that you just can't put your finger on. You feel that something is lacking, whether consciously or subconsciously!
Some people try filling that emptiness with work, drugs, alcohol, etc, but nothing else can ever fill that very distinctly shaped hole. Just the cross!

i would tell you that nothing that you could do could could show me that God can give me Peace and eternal life. Nor could anything i could give you to show you God is the path to peace and eternal life.
It is something only God itself (not HIMself) can reveal to you. The catch is that you must be open to it and want it. Whatever you pray for will be revealed to you, maybe in an unexpected way. God blessed us with freewill. The consequence is that we can choose wrongly. Even if that means denying God.
So not until we open ourselves to God can we see the glory and grace.

it's not truly up to you or even fully rested on God's shoulders
it is based on whether or not they will choose to let their faith go to jesus.
There IS evidence. I'm not talking just about trees, plants, animals, people, or the world itself. There have been miracles where people have died and came back in recent years. There have been miracles where near-death patients who have recovered in jesus's name. in fact, my friend just recently had to get a cat scan or something because doctors found something. but she had been reading the bible and praying in fear, in a new hope, and now she has a connection with God that she would not of had without the crisis.
It's just whether they choose to believe hte miracles are God's work. Whenver miracles do come along, people pass them off as crazy or something, a mental illness, dilusional, etc etc. But THAT'S why people will never find evidence- theyu dont' believe in it

Two simple things.
1. For Christians to learn how to spell and write proper sentences.
2. Since God supposedly created the entire universe, If you can arrange for him to repair the spinal cord of a teenage girl who was injured in a car accident some time ago, so that she could walk and hike and run and dance again, that would be a sterling demonstration of his reality. If you could arrange for him to return this girl's mother to life, I'd be even more impressed.

What would it take to have me convince you of the wonders of dining in Valhalla for eternity?
If I had never know the peace I get from knowing that dying in battle will grant me that boon, I could never miss it.

I don't need gods to give me peace, I find it without myths as for eternal life, the thought is repulsive if one dwells on it and considers it honestly.
