This is a subject on which I can expound for minutes! 1) Feet on the backrest of the chair in front.....shoes are rife with contaminates from the outdoors and every time one scoots down and lets their head rest on the backrest they will have all sorts of nasty stuff attach itself to their hair from the inconsiderate louts who use the theater chairs as ottomans! 2) Talking during the movie to companions. They act like they are at home and use their at home volume.....highly distracting! 3) Kicking the chair in front of them so that the whole row feels it. I was in the theater once and some fool kept kicking a chair so hard and repeatedly it started to feel like an earthquake. 4) People too lazy to use the very large trash cans at the doorway to dispose of their trash, causing others to run an obstacle course on the floor ( especially half full cups of soda!) while trying to exit. 5) Finally, cell phones....both texting and talking while others are trying to engage in the entertainment experience......the light is blinding in a dark theater and no one seems to know the meaning of quiet conversation on a cell. 'Nuff said?

.....Two of them in adjacent seats, seeing this movie for the third time and giving non-stop commentaries on the scenes to follow, the punch lines to anticipate, and trying best to make you wise on the way the theme would end eventually! And, somewhat convinced that they are doing the 'co-passengers' a good turn, all the time!

Talking, popcorn crunching, paper rattling, children talking/crying, someone kicking the back of the seat...all equally annoying.

That's why I either go to the movies early in the afternoon or wait until the movie is released on DVD.

This guy in front of me kept bobbing his head up and down so I tapped him on the shoulder to ask him to be still. Then I noticed that he had his pants unzipped and had a white sock over his penis--which he was stroking like a madman. I moved up about 4 rows and got the hell away from him.

Oh I have a bunch of them. Bringing your infant to a horror movie so the child cries throught the entire movie, talking on your cell phone while standing up right in front of people(that one got me into a fight), throwing popcorn or other refreshments at people the list goes on and on we don't go to the theaters anymore. Mainly because of the the one lady I got into a fight with. I grabbed her phone out of her hand and told them she would have to call them back because the rest of us were trying to watch a movie. She hit me and then I knocked the **** out of her. Then went to the manager and asked for my money back. Never went back to a theater again.

The worst thing that happened to me was when a X friend of mine dropped her new phone at the end of a movie and we spent the whole time on the floor looking for her stupid phone. She made me so nervous I could have thrown up....

People that narrate what's going on (out loud) as they watch the movie.

"Oh, he picked up the ball. What's that for? Oh, he's going to throw it through the window. Ha ha. He woke her up. Is she going to let him in?"

I may serve time in prison if I ever encounter another one of these people. They all have the same name in my world: Captain Obvious.

Someone bringing their baby into the theater. It fussed through the whole movie. I love babies, but there are just things you bypass doing when you can't find a babysitter.

Someone would take their baby out when it was crying. Then people started yelling. I'm happy it didn't end in a riot.
