Wait until there are clear technical and fundimental reasons to do so. After all.... it's your hard earned cash.

Never buy a stock because you think it's gone too low.
Don't buy on a retracement just because it's gone up from
the "bottom". It can always reverse.

This stock will most likly continue down or be dead money. Why would you invest in either?

BTW: You need to read some good books on investing. Your question reeks of inexperiance. Ie, Why would you ask strangers, whose qualifications and motives can never be known, how to invest your money? Would you have just bought CROX because more people on this site said to do so? Would that be smart?

Think about it.

Don't ever buy a stock because you "think" it's going up. Don't buy a stock because it's a great company.
