Yes. It is called Dialectical Behavior Therapy. It teaches you to change your behavior through thinking in specific ways.

You can do anything you want that's all there is to it. And the nice thing about is you can do it instantly. The only thing governing this is the want, and that is not something you can direct some people can't even detect it because they are afraid, but the funny thing is they are afraid because they want to be, you asked this ? because you wanted to ask it, not necessarily because you wanted an answer I am answering because I want to. And I could care less if anyone reads it or what anyone thinks about it or me. Everyone always never should will do what? They are just words so are these, but you know as well as anyone else does everything is relative an nothing can be removed from existence. Have fun and please do what ya want say how ya feel and be who you are, it's way more fun than acting.

Hi there.
I would say, no.
Logical thinking is only a small part of what goes on in your head, training, prejudice and aversions are often more powerful.
So you can improve yourself, but not to perfection. If only!

Using logic, you would accept that the human brain is moulded early and is always prone to chemical imbalances - so random activity and odd impulses are only to be expected.

Cheers, Steve.

Careful, In Psych. 'rationalization` has a special
meaning:
'A contrived justification for neurotic behavior`.
People with a problem will often go to great lengths
to explain it away rather than change it.
If you are in need of self examination, use someone
else as a guide. Few of us are capable of logical
analysis rigid enough to treat ourselves.

Completly possible. but one would have to do alot of contemplative thinking.

people can change overnight. i have done something similar to that if you can change a few things about yourself that way than you could change the whole you.

The brain is an amazing thing. Your thinking will rationalize your behavior. I think it's called cognitive dissidence.

If i understand your question yes. But you had better stop rationalizing since it is sick and leads to delusions.

Why change who you are? You are perfectly lovable, as you make each day special by your just being you.
