me I thumbs up almost everyone as long as they answer the ? in which it was asked. If not then no thumbs, if rude, crude maybe thumbs down. I like to encourage with the thumbs up and I hate it when people thumbs down someone because their opinion is different

Thumbs up. I don't give thumbs down unless the person is being rude or something. Not if they say they like a band that i don't like or something. That's so stupid. Why do people do that??

I am the same.
I DO thumb down but not that often. What's a point of asking an opinion and then thumb down the ones you don't agree with? If you don't agree - don't ask.
I thumb up a lot though.

I agree with you there. Some people give thumbs down for absolutely no reason. It's almost like they don't know what button is what.
Anyway, I use mostly thumbs up unless the answer/comment is extremely offending or rude.

I thumb up the humerous, the interesting and I thumb down the extremely rude .... but dont for the most part... its free speech so take the good with the bad... it is what it is .
