The area of a square is: r^2 so if the area is 841m^2 then each side is 29 m long. 29 times 29 = 841.

You know the area is equal to the square of the length of one of its sides....
A = s²

So, s = √A

You're given that A (the area) = 841
So
s = √841

Now, how do you find a square root? Well, there a rather tedious manual method. But ifyou have a computer with a spreadsheet, in one cells enter=sqrt(841). If you have a calculator, enter 841 and press the key with the symbol "√".

Or you can wait for somebody to do it for you.

The area of a square is just the square of the side length. So, the length is the square root of 841 m2, which is 29 m.

We know the area of a square is
A=s*s where s is the length of the side so
841=s*s
sq rt 841=s
29m=s
