I think it may have been a one night stand because when Jacks said that he didn't know that she was seeing anyone, her expression and body language kind of made it seem that way to me. Maybe we will learn more next episode.

Apparently it's not Jack or Martin. Supposedly it's someone else from previous in the show whom they worked with on a case. They didn't really date on the show... But Poppy M is pregnant in real life so they are writing it in.

she told Elena that it wasn't anyone she knew...so we're assuming it's someone we've never met and maybe she didn't have a long term thing with...we don't know who it is though
