Spacecrafts That Have Visited Neptune

There has only been one spacecraft that flew past Neptune - Voyager 2. Voyager 1's trajectory was toward a different quadrant, so it wasn't near Neptune when the craft crossed Neptune's orbit.

Voyager 2's closest approach to Neptune was in August 1989 - it made a close flyby of the moon Triton, and it imaged Neptune's Great Dark Spot (which has since disappeared, according to Hubble telescope observations).

Voyager 2 is the only spacecraft to have observed Neptune. It did a fairly close flyby in the Summer of 1989. More information can be found here: http://voyager.jpl.nasa.gov/image/neptune.html

(New Horizons will not pass anywhere close to Neptune since Neptune will not be in that area of Neptunes orbit.)

Yup, Voyager 2. That is the ONLY space craft to EVER visit Neptune. So far.

Voyager 2, but it didn't "visit" Neptune, it orbited around it.
